Get Charlie Member FAQ

  • 1. Is this a franchise?

    No. The Get Charlie model is not a franchise.


    Members operate independent businesses and simply purchase access to the Get Charlie platform, lead generation, and support infrastructure.


    You retain control over how you run your business.

  • 2. Do I get an exclusive territory?

    No.


    The platform does not provide exclusive territories. Work opportunities are distributed based on:


    • geographic proximity
    • availability
    • service capability
    • lead conversion performance

    Multiple Members may operate within the same area.

  • 3. What does Get Charlie Business Club membership give me access to?

    Membership provides access to:


    • the Get Charlie platform
    • customer leads and local work opportunities
    • business mentoring and operational guidance
    • preferred supplier opportunities
    • training and development resources where available

    It is essentially business infrastructure and lead generation support.

  • 4. How much does it cost to join?

    Full details of the membership fee, lead administration fee, and all other applicable terms are set out in the Information Memorandum.

  • 5. What happens if I leave early?

    Just 30 days’ written notice is required.

  • 6. Am I required to accept every lead?

    No.


    You can choose which leads to accept, but Members are expected to maintain a minimum 50% conversion rate from accepted leads into completed work.


    This helps ensure quality service delivery across the platform.

  • 7. Can I run my own business outside Get Charlie?

    Yes.


    You remain an independent business owner and may continue operating other work or businesses.


    However, you must not breach intellectual property, confidentiality, or customer non-circumvention rules related to the platform.

  • 8. What insurance or compliance do I need?

    Members must maintain:


    • Public Liability Insurance of at least $1,000,000
    • any trade certifications required for their services
    • compliance with local regulations and safety standards

    You are responsible for your own taxation, staffing, and equipment.

  • 9. Does Get Charlie guarantee work or income?

    No.


    Get Charlie provides lead generation and platform infrastructure, but it does not guarantee a minimum volume of work or income.


    Your results will depend on:


    • responsiveness to leads
    • quality of service
    • customer satisfaction
    • conversion rates

    Get Charlie provides business infrastructure and operational support, which may include:
