How many leads will I get?
Lead volume depends on your trade, your location, and your subscription tier. Our target is a minimum of 5 qualified leads per month for Starter tier, with Growth and Pro tiers receiving priority access and higher volumes. We will be honest with you -- we are establishing new markets regularly and constantly.
What if I am not tech-savvy?

Can I Sell or Transfer My Club Membership?
Yes. We understand that circumstances can change, so club memberships may be transferred to another person, subject to the following conditions:
Membership Transfer Conditions
- Memberships become eligible for transfer after the member has held their membership for a minimum of 12 months.
- The incoming member must complete the club's membership application and vetting process, pay full membership fee.
- The incoming member must meet all eligibility requirements and be formally approved by the club.
- Any outstanding membership fees, obligations, or commitments associated with the membership must be settled before the transfer can be completed.
- The club reserves the right to decline any transfer application that does not meet membership criteria.
Benefits for the New Member
- Once approved and enrolled, the new member will receive a full five-year membership term commencing from their official join date.
- The new member will enjoy the same membership benefits, services, and privileges available to all club members at the time of joining.

- Memberships become eligible for transfer after the member has held their membership for a minimum of 12 months.
Is There a Transfer Fee?
Yes. A one-time membership transfer fee of $129 applies to cover administration, processing, and the membership approval process for the incoming member.
Can I Transfer My Membership to a Family Member?
Yes. Memberships may be transferred to a family member; however, all new membership provisions, eligibility requirements, membership fee and the club's approval process will apply to any incoming member.
Are Membership Benefits Immediately Available to the New Member?
Yes. Once the membership transfer has been approved and the new membership is activated, the new member will receive the same benefits, privileges, and access available to all existing club members.
Is My Membership Fee Refundable If I Leave Before the Five-Year Term Ends?
No. Membership fees are non-refundable. If you choose to leave the club before the end of your five-year membership term, no refund or partial refund of membership fees will be provided.
How Long Does the Approval Process Take?
The approval process typically takes 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the workload of the club's vetting agents and the completeness of the application. In most cases, applicants will be notified as soon as a decision has been made.
